Centric Healthcare Services is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients in the healthcare industry. This notice explains our practices with regard to the protected health information we receive from our clients for medical records processing as a business associate under the US health privacy law known as HIPAA.

Centric Healthcare Services will collect and process protected health information only as required or permitted by our business associate agreement and applicable laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Centric Healthcare Services will at all times maintain reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect PHI.

The information is provided as required by the HIPAA Security Rule.
